Components Optional
ACOMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks
Use video cables (not supplied) to connect an optional component (such as a TV) to this jack. If your TV accept progressive format file signals, you must use this connection and set “COMPONENT OUT” to “PROGRESSIVE” in “SCREEN SETUP” (page 28).
BVIDEO OUT jack
Use a video cable (supplied) to connect an optional component (such as a TV) to this jack. You can then output the video to the component from this unit, and enjoy the video images of DVDs, etc.
CS VIDEO OUT jack
Use an S video cable (not supplied) to connect an optional component (such as a TV) to this jack. You can then output the video to the component from this unit, and enjoy higher quality video images.
DOPTICAL DIGITAL IN jack
Use a digital optical cable (square, not supplied) to connect an MD deck or DVD player to this jack. You can then record or listen to digital audio from the MD deck or DVD player through this system.
