ACharging the battery pack
1.Attach the battery pack to the player.
2.Connect the AC power adaptor to the player and the plug into an AC outlet.

• Charge the battery at a temperature of +5°C (+41°F) |
to +35°C (+95°F). |
The charging time may vary, depending on the |
surrounding temperature. |
• If the surrounding temperature is higher than approxi- |
mately 86°F (30°C), the player’s temperature will rise |
and the battery may not begin to charge as soon as |
you turn off the player. This is not a malfunction. |
• The battery will begin to automatically charge as soon |
as the surrounding temperature or the temperature of |
the player drops. |
