Auto OrientationWhen the camera is rotated to shoot a portrait (vertical) image, the camera records its position change and displays the image in the portrait position.

•Black is displayed to the left and right of vertical orientation images.
•Depending on the shooting angle of the camera, the orientation of the image may not be recorded correctly. If an image is not recorded in the correct orientation, you can rotate the image, following the procedure on page 78.
•When (Underwater) mode is selected in the Scene Selection mode, you cannot use [Auto Orientation].
Auto ReviewDisplays the recorded image on the screen for approximately two seconds immediately after shooting a still image.

•If you press the shutter button halfway down, the recorded image display disappears and you can immediately shoot the next image.
•You cannot use Auto Review when:
–(Extra High Sensitivity) mode is selected in the Scene Selection mode.
–During burst/bracket shooting
–When [Auto] or [Advanced] is selected in [Scene Recognition].
