6Open [My Documents].

7Right-click anywhere in the “My Documents” window, then click [Paste] on the shortcut menu.

The selected file is copied to “My Documents”.

The drive letters (e.g., “E:”) differ depending on the computer system.

If a file of the same name already exists in the destination folder

A message prompting you to confirm whether you want to overwrite the existing file appears. If you overwrite the existing file, it is irrevocably lost, as it is replaced by the new file. To copy the new file without overwriting the existing file with the same name, save the new file under a different name.

To disconnect the USB cable from the computer

1Click on the windows taskbar.

2Click [Safely remove USB mass storage device - drive (E:)].

3Make sure that the drive letter is correct and click [OK].

4Disconnect the USB cable.

If the drive of the HDD Photo Storage does not appear on the computer

1Right-click [My Computer], then click [Properties] on the shortcut menu.

The “System Properties” dialog box appears.

2On the [Hardware] tab, click [Device Manager].

The “Device Manager” appears.
