Notes

There is no guarantee that the unit can use all memory cards.

The unit supports “Memory Stick” and Microdrives of up to 4 GB. Operation with “Memory Stick PRO” or Microdrives of higher capacities is not guaranteed.

Do not insert any media or devices into the unit, other than those listed above.

About the “Memory Stick”

“Memory Stick” is a compact-size IC recording medium with a large capacity. It has been designed not only for exchanging/sharing digital data among “Memory Stick” compliant products, but also for serving as an insertable/removable external storage medium that can save data.

What is MagicGate?

“MagicGate” is the general name of a copyright protection technology developed by Sony.

Notes on using “Memory Stick” media

If you set Write-Protect switch “LOCK”, data cannot be recorded, edited, or erased.
