Deleting all scenes on the recording media (Formatting)
You can delete all the images on the hard disk of the camcorder to recover recordable free space to allow you to write in.

•To avoid the loss of important images, you should save them (p. 54) before performing

Formatting deletes all images on a “Memory Stick Duo.”
1 Turn on your camcorder.
