Dividing a movie

You can divide movies on the “Memory Stick PRO Duo.”

bNotes

•During Easy Handycam operation, you cannot divide movies. Cancel Easy Handycam operation (p. 24).

•You cannot restore movies once they are divided.

•Do not remove the battery pack or the AC Adaptor, or eject the “Memory Stick PRO Duo” from your camcorder while dividing the movie. It may damage the “Memory Stick PRO Duo.”

•If the divided original movie is included in the Playlist, the movie in the Playlist will also be divided.

•A slight difference may occur from the point

where you touch and the actual dividing point, as your camcorder selects the dividing point based on about half-second increments.

•Movies in a Playlist may not be divided because of the limitation of the movie numbers that can be added in a Playlist. In this case, first erase unwanted movies from the Playlist before dividing movies.
