Connecting the TV
To display clear crisp pictures, you must connect your TV correctly and select the correct Wide Mode to display the picture in the correct aspect ratio (see “Changing the Wide Screen Mode” on page 31). It is strongly recommended that you connect the antenna/cable input using

zTo change channels using the cable box, set your TV to channel 3 or 4 depending on the cable box channel output.

Use this hookup if❑Your cable company scrambles some channels, such as premium channels. Viewing all channels requires a cable box.
❑You do not intend to hook up any other audio or video equipment to your TV.
