Using the Channel Menu

To select the Channel Menu

1Press MENU.

2Move the joystick B or b to

highlight the Channel icon

and press .

3Move the joystick to hig hlight

an option. Press to select

an option.

4Move the joystick V v B b to

change settings. Press to select the changed setting.

5Press MENU to exit the Menu.

Selecting Channel

Options

The Channel Menu includes the following options:

Favorite Channels

Cable: On

Channel Fix: Off

Auto Program

Channel Skip/Add

Channel Label

Select:+End: MENU

Move: V v B b

Option Description

Favorite Channels Lets you set up a list of your favorite c hannels. For

details, see “Using Favorite Channels” on page51.

Cable On Select if you are receiving cable channels

with a CATV cable.

Off Select if you are using an antenna.

✍You should run Auto Program after changing this

option.

Channel Fix

Useful when you

have a cable box

or satellite

receiver

connected

Off Turns off Channel Fix.

2-6 “Fix” your TV’s channel setting to 2–6 and

use the cable box or satellite receiver to

change channels. Select one of these

settings if you connected the equipment to

the VHF/UHF jack.

AUX 2-6 Same as 2–6, except you select one of these

settings if you connected the equipment to

the AUX jack (see page 13).

Video 1 Use this setting if you have connected the

equipment to the A/V input jacks.

Auto Program Automati cally sets up the channel list o n the TV for all

receivable chan nels.
