Messages
One of the following messages may appear or flash in the front panel display during operation.
CANNOT PLAY
A disc that cannot be played back was inserted.
A DVD VIDEO with unsupported region code was inserted.
DATA ERROR (for USB devices) You tried to play a track that is not playable.
DATA ERROR (for DATA CD/DVDs)
The MP3 audio track and JPEG image file you want to play back is damaged.
The MP3 audio track does not conform to MPEG 1 Audio Layer 3 format.
The JPEG image file does not conform to DCF format.
The MP3 audio track has the extension “.mp3” but it is not in MP3 format.
The JPEG image file has the extension “.jpg” or “.jpeg” but it is not in JPEG format.
DEVICE ERROR
The USB device could not be recognized or an unknown device is connected.
DEVICE FULL
The USB device is full.
ERASE ERROR
Erase of audio tracks or folders on the USB device failed.
FATAL ERROR
The USB device has been disconnected while transferring to the USB device.
FOLDER FULL
The number of folders on the USB device has reached the maximum.
INVALID
You have pressed an invalid button.
JPEG
The playback mode is “IMAGE” and a JPEG image file is being played back.
NO AUDIO
The connected USB device or the loaded DATA CD/DVD does not contain audio tracks.
NO DEVICE
No USB device is connected.
NO DISC
There is no disc on the disc tray .
NO IMAGE
The connected USB device or the loaded DATA CD/DVD does not contain image files.
NOT IN USE
You have pressed a button whose operation is not allowed or invalid at that time.
NOT SUPPORTED
An unsupported USB device is connected.
The USB device is connected to this system through a hub.
OVER CURRENT
An over current from the (USB) port
was detected.
