6.Select output file name when necessary then Click Next in a "Saving Your File" window

7.Click Advanced Output Settings in a "Job Summary"

8. Enter the following value in each item then Click Close

Video Bit Rate	between 4000 and 9000
Quality/Speed	Highest Quality
Stream Format	DVD (MPEG Program/Elementary Stream)
Stream Type	MPEG-2 Program Stream
Use Audio	Use Always
Audio Stream Type	MPEG Audio Layer-2
Audio Bit Rate	224kbps
