When I double-click an application icon, a message such as 'You must insert the application CD into your CD-ROM drive' appears and the software does not start.

￿	Some titles require specific files that are located on the application CD-ROM. Insert the CD and try
	starting the program again.
￿	Make sure you place the disc in the tray with the label side facing up.

When I remove the Memory Stick™, an error message appears

Insert the Memory Stick™ in the slot again and press <Enter>. Wait until the active application finishes, then remove the Memory Stick™. If the message confirms eject of the Memory Stick™, click OK.

About the MOTION EYE camera

There is a vertical line when shooting a bright subject with a dark background using MOTION EYE

This is a phenomenon called “smear”. It is not a malfunction.

The image in the view finder of Smart Capture is rough

If you are shooting a subject in rapid movement, there may be a gap. This is not a malfunction.

The images captured with MOTION EYE are not clear

￿	Shooting under fluorescent light may result in reflections.
￿	Red or green noises may occur if the captured images include dark parts.
￿	Check that the lens of the MOTION EYE is clean.
￿	Use the focus ring to adjust.
