Support Central has a tracking feature that stores the issues you are currently
working on. When you log on to Support Central, a Current Issues page displays,
allowing you to continue working on your open issues or to close them if you are
finished.
Support Central retains your registration information, so you are only required to
register once. If you log on to your computer with a different user name or have
recovered your system using the System Recovery CDs, Support Central may require
you to register again.
