If you must use other media and are having difficulty formatting non-4x CD-RW
media, change the write speed from 4x to a lower setting.
Follow these steps to switch the write speed to a lower setting.
1From the Start menu, select Programs, select Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4,
and then click Create CD.
2Click Audio, then click Audio CD.
3From the Tools menu, click CD Drive Properties. The CD Drive Properties
dialog box appears.
4From the Write Speed drop-down list, select a lower setting.
5Click Close.

A conflict occurs between the pen and another input device while the pen is in
contact with the Sony Pen Tablet display screen. When you are finished using
your VAIO pen, do not leave it on the tablet screen. Place the pen in the supplied
pen stand when it is not in use.
The VAIO Slimtop™ Computer has a maximum record rate of 8x for CD-R and 4x for
CD-RW media.
Your CD-RW/DVD Combo drive is assigned drive E: as its default.
