Removing the Video Camera Recorder
Before opening the sports pack, wipe moisture off the sports pack and yourself. Do not allow water on the video camera recorder.

Turn the POWER switch to “OFF.”Release the buckles, and open the rear body.
For detail, refer to step 2 of “Installing the Video Camera Recorder” (p.8).
Note
Carefully wipe any water off the sports pack and your body before opening the sports pack so that no drops get onto the video camera recorder.
3 Pull out the camera mounting shoe.
Holding the camera mounting shoe by the knobs on both sides of it, press the knobs and extract the video camera recorder slowly.
