5Unscrew the screw (2) and remove the memory module compartment cover (3).

6Touch a metal object (such as the chassis frame) to discharge static electricity.

7Remove the memory module:

❑Pull the latches in the direction of the arrows (1). The memory module is released.

❑Make sure that the memory module tilts up and then pull it out in the direction of the arrow (2).

8Remove the new memory module from its packaging.
