Answering/Ending Calls
When the flip is open
Press the Jog Dial (or 
) to accept the call.
When the flip is closed
Press the Jog Dial to accept the call.
•If you do not wish to answer the call, press 
or press the Jog Dial backward and select Busy while the phone is ringing. The call will then be rejected (the caller will hear a busy tone (network dependant) or will be diverted if a divert has been
set).
If a call is not answered, 
appears on the top line of the display.
Select the Call History from the Main Menu for information about the missed call.
•In very rare cases, ciphering does not work in some networks, meaning that third parties can
listen to your phone call. In this case, |

on the display. |

Press the Jog Dial forward (or press 
) to end a phone call.
Flip Call
When Flip call is set (see page 42) and you receive a call, you can accept it by opening the flip cover. Close the flip cover to end the call.
When the Headset is connected to your phone, answer a call by pressing the Headset button (beep). Press and hold the Headset button to end the call (2x beep).
