for quick access to your Voicemail.
Set up your Voicemail
1} ‘ Phonebook } § Voicemail
2Enter the number at the prompt.
3Press the Jog Dial to confirm your entry.
After you have set up your Voice Mail, any editing of the number can be made via the Phonebook (see also page 27 “Editing the Phonebook”).
The Voicemail icon (§) or the envelope icon (depending on the network) appears in the display to inform you when you have received new voice messages.
Search
} ‘ Phonebook } „ Search
It is possible to search By Name or By Group.
When opening the phonebook, press and hold 
to display the list of groups and 
to access to a global search.
Editing the Phonebook
Use this option for calling, editing, deleting or copying phonebook entries. The editing of entries is possible by Name, Number or by Note.

2Rotate the Jog Dial to select the name/ number you want to edit and press the Jog Dial.
3Press the Jog Dial for a menu of editing options:
