Ringtones, Sounds and Alerts

Your cell phone comes with melodies that can be used
asringtones . You can exchange melodies by selecting
atransfer method. Certain non-supported sound files
cannot be used as ringtones. You may not be allowed
toexcha nge copyright-protected material.
To select a ringtone
From standby select Menu }Settings }Sounds &
Alerts}Ringtone.
To turn the ringtone on or off
From standby press and hold . All signals except
thea larm signal are turned on or off.
To set the ringtone volume
1From standby select Menu }Settings }Sounds &
Alerts }Ring Volume.
2Press or to decrease or increase }Save.
To set the vibrating alert
1From standby select Menu }Settings }Sounds &
Alerts }Vibrating Alert.
2Set this alert to On, On if in Silent or Off.
To set sounds and alerts options
From standby select Menu }Settings }Sounds &
Alerts.You can set:
• Light Effects – select a light effect to use.
• Increasing Ring – select an increasing ringtone.
•Message Alert – select message notification.
•Key Sound – select a key press sound.
