This warranty does n ot include service or parts to repair dam age caused by accident, disaster,
misuse, abuse, negligence, ina dequate packing or shi pping procedures, comme rcial use, voltage
inputs in excess of the rated maximum of th e unit, or service, re pair or modificat ion of the product
which has not been auth orized or approved by Sp eakerCraft. This warranty also exclud es normal
cosmetic deterioration ca used by environmenta l conditions. This war ranty will be void i f the Serial
number on the product h as been removed, tam pered with or defaced .
This warranty is in li eu of all other expre ssed warranties. If the product is defe ctive in materials or
workmanship as warrante d above, the purchaser ’s sole remedy shall be re pair or replacement as
provided above. In no eve nt will SpeakerCraf t be liable for any incid ental or consequenti al
damages arising out of th e use or inability to use the product, eve n if SpeakerCraft In c. or a
SpeakerCraft Inc. Aut horized Dealer has be en advised of the pos sibility of such dama ges, or for any
claim by any other part y. Some states do not a llow the exclusion or li mitation of conseque ntial dam-
ages, so the above limit ation and exclusion ma y not apply. All implie d warranties on the product
are limited to the durati on of this expressed warranty. Some st ates do not allow limit ation on the
length of an implied Warr anty. If the original retail purchaser resid es in such a state, this limitation
does not apply.
