Adjusting the Phone’sVolume Settings

You can adjust your phone’s volume settings to suit your needs and your environment.

Toadjusttheringervolume:

1.Select >Settings>Sounds>Volume>Ringer.

2.Using the navigation key, choose a volume level and select Done (left softkey).

■When selecting a volume, press to put a check mark in the box next to AlwaysVibrate. This setting makes the ringer vibrate at any volume level.

Tip:	You can adjustthe ringer volume in standby mode (or the
	earpiece volume during a call) by using the volume key on the
	leftside of your phone.

AdjustingtheAlertVolumeSettings

This setting controls the alert volume of Ready Link,Voicemail, message, and Calendar/Alarm. You can set the alert volume separate from the ringer volume setting.

Toadjustthealertvolumesetting:

1.Select >Settings>Sounds>Volume>AdvancedRinger.

2.Select ReadyLink, Voicemail, Messaging, or Calendar/Alarm.

3.Using the navigation key, select SeparateVol.

4.Press the navigation key right or left to choose a volume level, and select Done (left softkey).
