Changing the Display for Area Name

This feature enables you to show the state of the phone number you are calling or are called from when the number is not registered in your Contacts list. For example, a call to or from 213-555-5555 will display “California.”

Tosetyourareanamedisplay:

1.Select >Settings>Display>Others>MatchAreaCode.

2.Select On or Off.

Note: This feature is available only when the phone number has 10 digits, or 11 digits beginning with 1, and matches an area code.

The area name is displayed on the Main LCD. Itwill notbe displayed when the number of an incoming call is saved in your Contacts list.

Changing the Phone’s Menu Style

Your phone allows you to choose how the main menu items are displayed on your display screen.

Toselectthedisplay’smenustyle:

1.Select >Options(right softkey) >ChangeView.

2.Select GridView or ListView.

■GridView to view each main menu item as an animated single-screen icon.

■ListViewto view the main menu as a list.
