78 Section 2B: Controlling Your Phone’s Settings

Setting HeadsetMode

This feature allows you hands-free phone use. Setthe headset

mode to Voice Call or Ready Link and press the Turbo Button

(the operation button) on the headsetto activate useful

functions such as making calls, receiving calls, or switching to

the Voice Command feature.

To connectthe headset:

©Simply plug the headsetinto your phone’s headsetjack.

To setheadsetmode:

1. Select >Settings > Others > HeadsetMode.

2. SelectTurbo Button.

3. SelectVoice Calls,Ready Link,or Offand press .

To setthe ringer sound:

1. Select >Settings > Others > HeadsetMode.

2. SelectRinger Sound.

3. SelectNormal or Headset Only and press .

Note: When using the headset, DO NOTsetthe volume too high.

Listening athigh volume for an extensive period of time may

cause hearing loss.

Tip: For an explanation of the HeadsetMode setting, press Info

(rightsoftkey) during step 2 above.
