SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Replacement Parts
• Coffee Filters – For better tasting coffee, we recommend that you use a MR. COFFEE®brand 10-12
cup basket-style paper filter or a MR. COFFEE®brand permanent filter. These filters are available at
most grocery stores.
• Water Filtration - Replacement water filtration disks can be purchased through
your local retailer, online at www.mrcoffee.com, or by calling 1- 800-MR-COFFEE
(1-800-672-6333) in the U.S. or 1-800-667-8623 in Canada.
• Decanters – You can usually purchase a replacement decanter from the store where you purchased
your coffeemaker. If you are unable to find a replacement, please
visit us online at www.mrcoffee.com, or call 1-800-MR COFFEE (1-800-672-6333)
in the U.S. or 1-800-667-8623 in Canada for information on where you can find a store that carries
replacement decanters.
Repairs
If your coffeemaker requires service, do not return it to the store where you purchased it. All repairs and
replacements must be made by Sunbeam or an authorized Sunbeam Service Center. If you live in the

WARRANTY INFORMATION

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as J arden Consumer Solutions or if in Cana da, Sunbeam C orporation
(Canada) Limited doing busines s as Jarden Consumer Solut ions (collectiv ely “JCS”) wa rrants that for a period
of one year fr om the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmansh ip.
JCS, at its op tion, will re pair or repla ce this produ ct or any c omponent of t he product fo und to be d efective
during the warra nty period. Replacement w ill be made with a new or remanufactu red product o r component.
If the product is no longer available, r eplacement may be made wit h a similar product of e qual or great er value.
This is your exc lusive warranty . Do NOT attempt to r epair or adju st any electr ical or mecha nical function s on
this product. Doing so wil l void this warranty.
This warranty is valid for th e original re tail purchaser from the da te of initial retail purch ase and is not
transferable. Kee p the origin al sales rece ipt. Proof of purchase is required t o obtain warr anty performanc e.
JCS dealers, ser vice centers, or retail st ores selling JCS products do not have the right t o alter, modi fy or any
way change the terms and co nditions of t his warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear o f parts or damage resultin g from any of the follow ing: negligent use
or misuse of t he product, u se on imprope r voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions,
disassembly, repai r or alterat ion by anyone other than JCS or an a uthorized JCS service cente r. Further, the
warranty does no t cover: Acts of God, su ch as fire, flood, hurrica nes and torna does.
What are the li mits on JCS’s Liability?
JCS shall not be liable for any incident al or consequ ential damages caused by t he breach of any express,
implied or statu tory warranty or condition.
Except to the extent prohibit ed by applica ble law, any implied warr anty or condi tion of merch antability or
fitness for a particular purp ose is limite d in duration to the dur ation of the above warrant y.
JCS disclaims al l other warra nties, conditi ons or repres entations, expr ess, implied, statutory or otherwise.
JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting fr om the purcha se, use or misuse of, or inability to
use the product including inc idental, speci al, consequenti al or similar damages or loss of prof its, or for any
breach of contra ct, fundamenta l or otherwis e, or for an y claim brou ght against p urchaser by a ny other part y.
Some provinces, states or jur isdictions do not allow th e exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequent ial
damages or limit ations on how long an im plied warranty lasts, so t he above limi tations or ex clusion may n ot
apply to you.
This warranty give s you specifi c legal right s, and you may also have other rights that vary from province to
province, state to state or jurisdiction t o jurisdiction .
