3)You should use the Mini USB port-marked as “USB DEVICE” on the tablet for establishing connectivity with the PC.

To turn “ON” press and hold the <POWER> switch down until the screen turns on. It takes approximately one minute for the system to boot

The device will go to the locking screen mode as shown above, slide the lock icon to top to unlock the screen.
