To set when reminders should sound

2} Always for a reminder to sound even when the phone is turned off or set to silent. A reminders option set in the calendar affects a reminders option set in tasks.
Navigating in your calendar Use the navigation key to move between days or weeks. In the monthly and weekly views, you can also use the keypad as follows.
Today’s date
•Advanced – find an appointment, set reminders or select a start day for the week.
•Delete – delete old or all appointments.
•Help – for more information.
Exchanging appointments Exchange appointments using a transfer method. You can also synchronize appointments with
acomputer % 68 Synchronizing.
To send an appointment Select an appointment in the list for a certain day } More } Send and select a transfer method.

•View Week – view the week’s appointments.
•New Appointmnt – add a new appointment.

1From standby select Menu } Organizer } Tasks } New Task } Add.

3Enter details and confirm each entry.
To view a task
From standby select Menu } Organizer } Tasks and select a task } View.
