To change UNITS settings:

1.In the settings menu, enter UNITS.

2.Scroll through the units settings with [Lap +] and [Light -] and change the units with [Mode].

3.Enter height and weight unit settings with [Mode] and change the units with [Lap +] and [Light -].

4.Accept the height and weight units with [Mode].

5.Press [Start Stop] to exit.
