The TV/VCR has the auto repeat function that allows
you to repeat a tape indefinitely without touching the
PLAYbutton.
ALL REPEAT:Repeat playback from the beginning
to the end of the tape.
BLANK REPEAT: Repeat playback from the begin-
ning to a blank part, which is blank for more than
10 seconds.
1Select USERS SET UP
Press the MENU button on the
remote control.
Press the PLAY/Kor STOP/Lbut-
ton to point to “USER’S SET UP”.
Then, press the F.FWD/Bbutton.

NORMAL PLAYBACK

Make sure ...
TV/VCR power must be turned on.
1Insert a prerecorded tape
If the erase-protection tab has been removed, the
TV/VCR will start playback automatically.
2To begin playback
Press the PLAYbutton.
Note: If any menu is activated on
the screen, the PLAYbutton does
not function. Press the MENU but-
ton to clear the menu. then, press the PLAYbutton.
If a tape is already on the TV/VCR with power off,
A) Press the PLAYbutton on the TV/VCR. Power
will automatically turn on and playback will start.
(Direct button operation)
B) Use the remote control;
Press the POWER button to turn the TV/VCR on,
and then press the PLAYbutton on the remote con-
trol.

INSERTING A CASSETTE

Insert the cassette in the direction as shown. Push in
gently, but continuously, on the center-back of the
cassette until it is drawn into the TV/VCR. The
TV/VCR will automatically turn on.

This TV/VCR will operate with any cassette that has the mark. For best results, we

recommend the use of high-quality tapes. Do not us poor quality or damaged tapes.

PRECAUTIONS

Avoid moisture. Moisture condensation may occur
on the tape if it is moved from a cold place to a
warm place or visa versa. Before using a tape with
these conditions, to avoid damage of the tape and
your TV/VCR, wait until the tape has warmed to
room temperature and the moisture has evaporated.
Avoid extreme heat, high humidity and magnetic
fields.
Do not tamper with the cassette mechanism.
Do not touch the tape with your fingers.
3To stop playback
Press the STOPbutton when play-
back is completed.

FM MODE

This function enables you to receive the FM radio
wave broadcasting.
1Set the FM mode
Press the TV/FM button on the
remote control. The radio frequency
appears on the TVscreen.

Select the radio frequency you want to receive
Press the CHANNELKor Lbutton until your
desired radio frequency appears.
FM 88.0 MHz
NOTES:
The radio frequency indication repeats to appear
and disappear.

You can not record the FM radio wave broadcast-
ing.

If you receive a weak radio signal, you may change
the FM Antenna mode to INT(internal) or
EXT(external) by following the step below.
1)Press the MENU button. Press the PLAY/Kor
STOP/Lbutton to point to “CHANNELSET UP”.
Then, press the F.FWD/Bbutton.
2)Press the PLAY/Kor STOP/Lbutton to point to
“FM ANTENNA”. Select [INT] or [EXT] using
the F.FWD/Bor REW/sbutton.
