Set the Default Time Zone to where the majority of the TMS users are situated to simplify user setup.
Select the Administrative Tools > Configuration > Network Settings menu item and scroll down to the TMS Services section to set the scan range TMS uses to search for new systems. By default TMS scans the entire network for systems, i.e. sends a broadcast to the address ‘255.255.255.255’.
