Skipping to the next or previous file

During playback, press the Skip (.//) button repeatedly until you find the desired file.

The selected file will be played from the beginning.

<If the . button is pressed once during playback, the current file will be played from the beginning.

<During programmed playback, the next or previous file in the program is played.

Searching for a part of a file

Hold down

During playback, hold down the Skip (.//) button to search a part of a file.

Release it when the part you want to listen to is found.

Selecting a folder

Press the SCROLL (j/k) buttons to skip to the next

or previous folder.

Displaying MP3 information

During playback of an MP3 file, press the DISPLAY button. The information about the current file is displayed as follows:

Folder name/File name (scrolling)

ENGLISH

 

 

 

 

Title (scrolling)

 

Artist (scrolling)

Album (scrolling)

(normal display)

oThe first 30 characters of TITLE/ARTIST/ALBUM can be

displayed.

<The display of this unit can only show single-byte letters and numbers. If the file information contains Japanese,

Chinese or other double-byte characters, playback is possible but the name will not be shown correctly.

o“NO INFO” appears when there is no information.

oIf the file information contains less than 16 characters, the display does not scroll.
