-Our warranty excludes products that do not function or work badly due to lack of maintenance and descaling.
-Protect the appliance from moisture and freezing.

Apart from cleaning and descaling in accordance with the procedures in the appliance’s user manual, any intervention on the appliance must be performed by an authorised TEFAL service centre.
-The teapot must be unplugged when:

-During filling
-During pouring
-During maintenance or when being moved.
