Drying Your Dishes
After your dishwasher has washed and rinsed your dishes, a period of condensation drying will follow. The combination of a high final rinse temperature, the tub’s cool stainless steel interior, and the sheeting action of a rinse agent results in effective and efficient drying. After about 12 minutes of drying
•the “Clean” light will illumninate,
•the “Sanitized” light will illuminate,
•the Cycle Completion Signal will sound.
You may then unload your dishwasher.
The Sanitized Light When the “Sanitized” light
illuminates, it means that the wash cycle has met very strict requirements of time and temperature for certification as “Sanitized” by the National Sanitation Foundation. For more information on this certification, go to the Cycle Information section of this manual.
