The icons on the top line of the screen stand for the four settings:

To locate the above settings do the following:
1. Press MENU and press VOL – or + to select
the desired item.
2. Press CH S or T to scroll up or down to select
an option in the setting.
3. Press VOL – or + to adjust the setting.
4. Press MENU to exit.
