Troubleshooting
Before calling a service technician, please check the following table for a possible cause of the problem and some solutions.

TV will not turn on | • | Make sure the power cord is plugged in, then press POWER. |

Black box on screen | • | Repeatedly press CAP/TEXT to turn off the Closed Caption Text mode. |

No stereo or SAP sound from a | • | Make sure the MTS feature is set properly. |
