Timer

The Timer is especially useful if you want the TV to turn itself on or off after a selected period of time.

Activation of the Timer is indicated by the green ÒOn-timer indicatorÓ, on the front of the TV (see page 9).

To select the timer menu:

Press the MENU button, then press the or button to display the TIMER menu.

Press the or button to select the required timer mode (Sleep timer (Turn off the TV) or On timer).

Press the Number buttons (0-9), or button to set the On or Off delay time, e.g. on in 30 minutes and On timer Position 3 selected.

Press the EXIT button to exit the menu. When setting the On timer, press the or button to select the On timer Position and enter the program position number you want to watch.

Set the Standby mode by pressing the button on the remote control or Power button on the TV.

Note:

The time display will set by 10 minutes, up to 12 hours 50 minutes.

To activate gray screen

With the gray screen function On, the screen will automatically turn gray and the sound will be muted when no signal is being received.

Press the MENU button, then
press the	or	button to
				FUNCTION
display the FUNCTION menu.
			Teletext		FAST
			Teletext SW		1
Press the	or	button to	Auto format		On
			Gray screen		On
select Gray screen.			Side panel		1
			MENU Back	EXIT Watch TV

Press the or button to select On or Off.

Note:

In the PC input mode (see page 29), the Gray screen is not available.
