1Turn off the computer via the Start menu.

See “Turn Off or Shut down command” on page103.

The operating system turns off the computer.

2Unplug and remove any cables connected to the

computer.

3Close the display panel and turn the computer upside

down to locate the expansion memory slot cover.

4Using a standard Phillips no. 1 screwdriver, unscrew the

two screws that secure the expansion memory slot cover,

then remove the memory slot cover.

You press the disc eject button, but the drive tray does not slide out. Some discs run correctly, but others do not. Slow playback performance.
