Observe the following w hen wiring.
-Use0.3to1.5mm
2solid/stranded wire (AWG 22 t o 16) for control cables.
- Remove the sheath of a cable ab out 7mm (6mm for FLA,FLB, FLC and G/E) f rom the end of cable.
- Use a flat-headed screwdriv er with its blade 0.6mm in thi ckness and 3.5mm in width.
- Screw tightening torque f or the terminal block screws shouldbe 0.5 to 0.6N m.
N.B.: Keep thecontrol s ignal cables 20cm or more separ ate from the power cables to pr event from
malfunctioning due to electrom agnetic noise.
N.B.: Prov ide an inter-lock system stated in below, when usi ng a programmable controller that has
the open collector output.
When the programm able controller is turned off withthe inv erter is on, the difference betw een
each control power potential wi ll cause wrong signals to the inv erter as shown in below f igure.
Provide an inter-lock so that the p rogrammable controller cannot be turned off w hen the
inverterpower is alive.
