3Press and hold the power button in until the on/off light

on the system indicator panel glows green—about one

second.

The preinstalled operating system will load automatically.

When you turn on the computer for the first time, do not turn

off the power again until the operating system has loaded

completely.

Your Tecra® A2 Series computer comes with enough memory to

run most of today’s popular applications. You may want to

increase the computer’s memory if you use complex software

DVD-ROM or multi-function drive problems You cannot access a disc in the drive. You press the disc eject button, but the drive tray does not slide out. Some discs run correctly, but others do not. Sound system problems You do not hear any sound from the computer. The computer emits a loud, high-pitched noise.
