<Adjusting the Preset Value>

Use this function to manually set the white balance value. It allows you to select what part of the subject you wish to serve as the standard for “white” in the final image. For more exacting settings, use of a piece of white paper or cardboard is recommended.

Electronic zoom must be disabled when setting the preset white balance value.

<Operation>

 

1 Press “MENU” button.

4 Point the camera at the white

2 Press the “#” button and

select [

], then press the

” button to display

[SETTING DETAILS] menu.

Make sure the white material fills up the entire screen as shown.

3Press the “%” or “”button to select [WB PRESET], then press the “#” or “” button.

5Press “” to finish the setting. [SETTING DETAILS] menu will appear again.

6Press “MENU” button.

[SETTING DETAILS] menu will disappear.

7Following the Operation on pages 43, select [PRESET] and then press the shutter release button to take a picture.
