Isyour Multi-Card Reader connected to the Mac keyboard? If yes, unplug it and plugit into an
availableUSBportonyourMacDesktop.
3.
IstheUSBportenabled?Ifnot,refertotheuser’smanualofyourcomputer(ormotherboard)toenable
it.
4.
Isthenecessarydriverinstalled?IfyourcomputerisusingWindows

Checkthefollowing:

Youshouldalwaysopenatransferredfileinitsnewlocationtoensureittransferredsuccessfully.Re-copy
thefileandrefertothe“DisconnectingfromaComputer”sectiontoremovetheReaderafterthecopying
processiscompleted.
AFilethatwasjustdeletedstillappears
Re-deletethefileandrefertothe“DisconnectingfromaComputer”sectiontoremovetheReaderafter
