Entering your Area Code

If you enter a 3-digit area code number in the “Area Code” option, your local area code does not appear in Caller ID messages. For calls received from outside your local area code, you will see a full 10-digit number.

When the phone is in the standby mode, press menu .

Then press int’cm/select to select. The Caller ID setting screen appears.

Use the number keypad (0 to 9) to enter the 3-digit

If your calling area requires 10-digit dialing, do not program this option.

When the area code has already been stored in memory, the stored area code will be displayed.

To change it, use the delete/channel and number keypad to enter the new area code.

To complete the setting, press int’cm/select then return the handset to the base unit.
