Click the Tools menu and select Options.
Select Video settings and then select Wireless Monitoring System in the Select webcam dropdown box.
Next, you will need to set Skype™ to answer automatically under certain circumstances. In the Call settings screen, select Answer incoming calls automatically and Start my video automatically when I am in a call options.
