4. The New Event screen will be displayed. Enter the event name. Press the Directional Key down to move to the next fields.

•Start Time: Use the keypad to set a start time and press the Left Soft Key for am/ pm.

•End Time: Use the keypad to set a end time and press the Left Soft Key for am/pm.

•Start Date: Use the keypad to change or enter the start date.

•End Date: Use the keypad to change or enter the end date.

•Time Zone: If the Time Zone needs to be adjusted, press the Left Soft Key [Set]. Press the Directional Key up or down / to select a new time zone then press the OK Key.

•Recurrence: Press the Directional Key left or right to set the recurrence of the event (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).

•Tone: Press the OK [Set] to select a new ringtone. Press the Directional Key up or down to highlight a ringtone then press the OK Key. Press the Left Soft Key [Play/ Stop] to preview a ringtone.

•Vibrate: Press the OK Key [Set] then select either On or Off and press the OK Key.

•Reminder: Press the OK Key [Set] to select an alert time interval option: 0, 5, 10, or 15 Minutes.

5. Press the OK Key [SAVE] to save it. The date of the event will be marked on your calendar.

VIEW CALENDAR EVENTS

1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select Calendar and press the OK Key.

2. Scroll to a date in the calendar and press the OK Key [VIEW] to view the event for that day.

3. Press the OK Key [VIEW] for more detailed information about the event.

ERASE SAVED EVENT

1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select Calendar and press the OK Key.

2. Scroll to date in the calendar and press the OK Key [VIEW] to view the event for that day.

3. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], select Erase and press the OK Key, then select Yes and press the OK Key.

ERASE ALL PASSED EVENTS

1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select Calendar and press the OK Key.
