BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE

BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE

ASSEMBLY

For transport reasons the motor head and shaft are supplied not assembled.

1] Insert the gear index housing (1) into the “U” shape bracket (2).

2] Align the holes of the gear index housing and the “U” shape bracket.

3]Insert the socket screws into the holes of the “U” shape bracket and then tighten the screws.

4] Wind the power cord around the handle and the power cord hook.

TRANSPORT

1] Place the handle in the upright position, Grasp the handle with both hands and tip the cleaner until it stands on the two wheels (1).

2] Wheel the cleaner to where it is needed.

OPERATION OF THE MACHINE

BASIC OPERATION

1] Remove any obstructions or other obstacles in the area which is to be cleaned.

2] Place the handle in the upright position and tilt machine back until handle rests on the floor.

*Be sure the machine is not plugged into an outlet.

3] Attach the pad driver or brush to the machine by placing the clutch plate over the gearbox hub and turning the driver / brush 1/4 turn.

4] Place machine back into its upright position.

5] Plug power cord into a grounded outlet.

*Never use an extension cord in conjunction with the standard power cord.

36] The handle height may be adjusted by pulling the adjustment lever (1) and

7] To start the machine, press the red safety button(3) on the top of the upper
