CONFIGURING THE SCANNER

When you ﬁrst connect your scanner to a computer, the scanner’s software conﬁgures each OneTouch button with appropriate settings. But, if you want to change the settings, you can reconﬁgure the buttons by selecting new options from the Conﬁguration dialog box. You display the Conﬁguration dialog box from either the shortcut menu or the Button Panel.

To display the Conﬁguration dialog box from the shortcut menu:

1. Right-click the scanner icon.

The shortcut menu appears.

2. Choose Conﬁgure on the shortcut menu.

The Conﬁguration dialog box appears. Click the tab that corresponds to the button you want to conﬁgure.
