Symptom Possible Solutions
Screen brightness is diminished. Videodisplay components experience degradation of
brightness over the life of the component. Normal brightness
degradation is not covered by the warranty.
Check brightness setting

The LED on the Remote Control does not
blink when a button is pressed.
Replace the batteries with two "AA" new alkaline batteries. See

Changing channels does not work
properly with the Universal Remote
Control.
If original remote control required change channels does not
work properly,press ENTER on the universal remote after
entering the channel number.
The Remote Control does not work. Check the Remote Control batteries and replace them with new
AAbatteries if necessary.
Make sure that nothing is blocking the infrared remote sensors
on the remote control or the RPTV.
