L’histoire de la musique moderne est étroitement liée à l’histoire de la conception d’instruments de musique et des techniques de fabrication. Les pères fondateurs de Rock, Blues, Country, et Jazz ne recherchaient pas à faire des reliques ou du déjà vu, ils ont tout simplement inventé les instruments les plus pratiques et efficaces possible. Mais le temps a passé. Aujourd’hui, de nombreux fabricants se conten- tent de produire des répliques. D’autres offrent la technologie pour la technologie. VOX a choisi une autre voie. Dans le même esprit qui a conduit à la création des instruments classiques qui nous a inspirés, nous avons entrepris de faire la guitare la plus pratique, jouable, poly- valente, confortable et intuitive pour le guitariste d’aujourd’hui. Dans la poursuite de notre objectif, nous avons utilisé le design et les techni- ques de fabrication les plus sophistiquées. Pas seulement pour offrir un produit inévitablement obsolète, mais pour créer un nouvel instrument, sans s’encombrer des traditionnelles limites.
