Reset the telephone base by unpl ugging the electrical power to th e base. Wait
for 15 seconds and plug it back in again . Allow up to one minute for the cordless
handset and the telephone ba se to synchronize.
Other electronic prod ucts such as HAM radios and other DECT ph ones can
cause interference with yo ur cordless phone. Try installing your phon e as far
away as possible from these ty pes of electronic devices.
There is interferen ce during a telephone conversation. My call s fade out when I am using the cordles s handset.
The handset may be out of range. Move it c loser to the telephone base.
If you subscribe to high-s peed Internet service (DSL - digit al subscriber line)
through your telephone line, you mu st install a DSL lter between the teleph one
line cord and the telephone wa ll jack. The lter prevents noise and call er ID
problems caused by DSL inter ference. Contact your DSL servic e provider for
more information about DSL lte rs.
Appliances or other cord less telephones plugged into the s ame circuit as the
telephone base can cause inte rference. Try moving the appliance or tel ephone
base to another outlet.

The location of your telephon e base can impact the performan ce of your cordless
phone. For better reception, i nstall the telephone base in a centra lized location
within your home or ofce, away from wa lls or other obstructions. In many
environments, elevating the tele phone base improves overall perform ance.
Disconnect the teleph one base from the telephone wall jack an d plug in a corded
telephone. If calls are still not c lear, the problem is probably in the wiring o r local
telephone service. Co ntact your telephone service pr ovider (charges may apply).
If other telephones in your home are h aving the same problem, the problem i s
in the wiring or local teleph one service. Contact your telep hone service provider
(charges may apply).
I hear other calls when using t he telephone.

Caller ID is a subscription ser vice. You must subscribe to this serv ice from your
telephone service prov ider for this feature to work on your telephone.
The caller may not be calling from a n area which supports caller ID.
