I cannot dial out. Low battery shows on the han dset screen. The battery does not c harge in the handset or the handset ba ttery does not accept charge. The CHARGE light is off. The telephone does not ring w hen there is an incoming call. My handset beeps and is not p erforming normally. I hear other calls when using t he telephone. I hear noise on the cordles s handset and the keys do not work. My caller ID features ar e not working properly. Out of range or no pwr at base shows on th e handset screen.
