Bluetooth

To use a Bluetooth enabled cell phone with your LS6191, you must rst pair and

connect your Bluetooth cell phone(s) with the telephone base. All LS6191 handsets

can be used to make or answer calls on the cell line.

Bluetooth wireless technolo gy operates within a short range (a maximum of

approximately 30 feet). When you pair a Bluetooth cel l phone to the telephone

base, make sure your Bluetooth cell phone is c lose to the telephone base to

maintain sufcient signal s trength. For optimal performance, keep your ce ll phone

within 15 feet of the telephone base while usin g the cell line.

Pair and connect your rst Bluetooth c ell phone

Tap on the telephone base. You hear two beeps. The telephone ba se

displays Pairing D1... and the 1 icon ashes.

Turn on the Bluetooth feature of your cell phone. Once your c ell phone nds

your VTech phone (VTech LS6191), press the appropriate key on your cell

phone to continue the pairing pro cess.

Your cell phone may prompt you to enter the PIN of the telephone ba se.

The default PIN of the telephone base is 0000.
